ISES

ISES

This service was launched in 1994 as the first full fledged container service by SCI. This is SCI's flagship service with the first vessel being Lal Bahadur Shastri v-001, which called JNPT on 14th January 1994. It was started as a 21 days frequency which was soon improved to fortnightly and finally became a weekly service.

ISES service caters to and from the Indian Sub-Continent, Mundra / JNPT / Colombo to UK / European base ports & multiple other ports including scandinavia via the base ports.

Direct ports: Gioia Tauro – Felixstowe – Hamburg – Antwerp – Le Havre

Inventory : All Types :- 20'GP, 40'GP, 40'HC, 40'RF, 20'OT, 40'OT, 20'FR, 40'FR

USP: Specialized in handling of Hazardous & over dimensional cargo

IPAK

The IPAK service is a slot / swap arrangement between SCI and its partners MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company) where in SCI has exchanged 300 Teus of its space on ISES service for getting loading rights on IPAK. IPAK service is configured at 14 tons average weight per ton. This service also calls Hazira port and caters to few ports, which are not called by ISES Service Quite like the ISES the IPAK too is weekly service.

IPAK service caters to and from the Indian Sub- Continent, JNPT / HAZIRA / Mundra to UK / European base ports & via base ports.

Direct Ports: Salalah – Gioia Tauro – Valencia – Roterdam – Antwerp – Felixstowe

Inventory: All types:- 20'GP, 40'GP, 40'HC, 40'RF, 20'OT, 40'OT, 20'FR, 40'FR

USP: Specialized in handling of hazardous & over dimensional cargo.

IPAK

INDFEX

The INDFEX service was started for supporting the trade between India to Far East and China and the Indian Sub-Continent covering Sri-Lanka and Bangladesh.

SCI also proposes to serve Yangon over Port Kelang.

SCI were the pioneers for commencement of this trade lane and operate this weekly joint service with four other consortium partners

Our Indfex service is being re-constructed. Our new port rotation would be as follows :

SMILE GULF / COASTAL

The SMILE service was conceptualized for SCI to serve the intra Middle East trade. Subsequently the service patterns have been re-structured for covering the coastal trade and has been now established as one of the best for moving coastal volumes from West to South India. Smile service also calls Jebel Ali & Colombo making it useful for both Coastal & EXIM. The frequency is every ten days and since all vessels are operated solely by SCI they have the control and privilege to call additional ports as per trade requirements.
